Syniverse Hires Two Senior Executives
TAMPA, Fla. – June 20, 2016 – Syniverse today announced it has appointed two new members to its senior leadership team. The addition of Tim Moss as Executive Vice President, Global Product and Strategy, and Chris Rivera as Chief Technology Officer will propel Syniverse’s leadership in providing innovative, global technology solutions.
“The combined experience Tim and Chris bring to Syniverse from top companies such as Cisco and Ericsson will enhance our ability to serve our growing list of nearly 600 multinational enterprise customers and over 1,000 mobile service providers,” said Stephen (Steve) C. As Syniverse’s Executive Vice President, Global Product and Strategy, Moss will lead the strategy, product management, development, customer support and operations for the company’s Service Provider Group. Moss has extensive senior-level experience directing sales, business and technology operations in multiple sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Engagement Practices for North America at Ericsson. He has also served as a senior leader with Integrity Management Group, INCOMM and ITC Financial Services.

As Chief Technology Officer, Rivera will lead Syniverse’s global technology, IT, and security initiatives to ensure that the company continues to provide secure and reliable mobile experiences for brands, service providers, and their end users. Rivera will join Syniverse from Cisco, where he has vast experience serving as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for Americas Mobile and Web Providers. Prior to his 17 years of service with Cisco, Rivera spent time with Alcatel and DSC Communications, and also served in the U.S. Navy as an Operations and Electronic Systems Officer.
