Syniverse Named Tier One A2P Messaging Vendor in 2020 ROCCO Research Report
Top-Level Recognition Follows Syniverse's Highest Rating in Five Years
ROCCO, an industry research firm, has completed their annual A2P Messaging Vendor Report for 2020. Syniverse has been ranked as a “Tier One” vendor for the first time. The report, authored by analysts Antonio Rodriguez Morello and Jason Bryan, is conducted from feedback reported by MNOs, including Syniverse customers, that captures data which is then used to apply ratings to vendors’ performance.
Vendors are ranked using an average score derived from four individually-scored areas: General Rating, Performance, Performance Plus (aspects related to A2P messaging such as monetization and support for grey routes), and Leadership (based on global presence and innovation).
All ratings are recorded on a scale of 1-5, with vendors achieving an overall score higher than a 4 out of 5 considered to be “Tier 1” vendors.
Nearly 300 respondents representing 353 MNOs in more than 130 countries participated in this research.
