• Investment in IMS Infrastructure: Around 91% of operators either have or are investing in IMS cores, highlighting the widespread move towards VoLTE in domestic markets.

• The Path Ahead for VoLTE Roaming Launches: Over 90% of all surveyed operators have plans for VoLTE roaming agreements by the end of 2025, underscoring the urgency of these implementations.

• Scaling VoLTE Roaming Agreements: Looking forward, 63% of operators anticipate having over 100 roaming agreements in place within the next three years - a significant rise from last year’s target of 11-25 agreements.
