As an independent, world-class organization, Syniverse is committed to upholding the highest standards of business conduct. We live by a Code of Business Conduct that includes policies and procedures for conducting business in a legal and ethical manner.
The Syniverse Code of Business Conduct applies to all employees and board members of Syniverse and its subsidiaries, regardless of geographic location. Every person who is part of Syniverse is responsible for his or her own conduct, upholding this code and complying with the laws and highest standards of business ethics anywhere Syniverse does business.

Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct governs Syniverse’s expectations of its Suppliers and is referenced in all Syniverse Supplier Agreements. It ensures working conditions in Syniverse’s supply chain are safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible.
